Yulia Abdullaeva
Project Coordinator, Reforum Space Berlin
Yulia Abdullaeva is a public relations and project management specialist with experience in the German non-profit sector since 2017.
With a background in communications, Yulia combines her extensive experience in conceptualizing advertising and PR campaigns with a profound understanding of the German political and social systems, facilitating successful communication between exiles and representatives of German civil society.
Following Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, she established Panda Safe Space, a volunteer adaptation project for Ukrainian refugees in Berlin. Currently, she coordinates Reforum Space Berlin and manages the cross-center program for legal and psychological support for Russian and Belarusian anti-war exiles.
Yulia holds a degree in journalism from the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia and a degree in political science from the Free University of Berlin, where she conducted research on the Russian protest movement of 2011-2012. She has been living and working in Berlin since 2011.
