Artem Tiurin

Educational Programs Coordinator

Artem is the Educational Programs Coordinator at Free Russia Foundation. Prior to joining the foundation, he gained extensive experience in political and civic activities. Artem managed election campaigns for independent anti-Putin candidates, served as a digital media producer for the popular YouTube channel "Navalny LIVE," and led the volunteer team for the LGBTQ project Q-Space.

He also participated in research projects at Transparency International Russia and served as the coordinator for the Reforum Space Tallinn resource center until 2024.

Artem holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the Higher School of Economics (HSE) and is an expert in political management, educational innovations, and human rights.
